<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft resin blow molding method by the cold parison method capable of accurately blow-molding a soft resin hollow molded article. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for molding a parison composed of soft resin into a hollow molded article of a prescribed shape by making the parison composed of the soft resin into a soft state by reheating the parison to a temperature at which the parison can be blow-molded in a heating tank, inserting the parison into a blow molding die upon mounting plugs at both ends thereof and clamping, and then feeding compressed air into the parison through the plugs. When making the parison 1 soft by reheating, a holding rod 2 in which at least a surface portion 4 is composed of fluororesin is inserted into the parison 1, and tools 5 composed of a hard material having heat resistance at a blow-moldable temperature are mounted on both ends of the parison 1. After the parison 1 is reheated and softened, the plugs are mounted in a state of the tools 5 being mounted at both ends of the parison 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
