PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device for blood component preparation relatively easily discriminating quality of blood component preparation regardless of a type of a bag.SOLUTION: This test device 1 for blood component preparation includes: a light-emitting unit 26 for applying visible light; a light-receiving unit 28 for receiving reflected light; an arithmetic processing unit 30 for measuring spectrum of the received light and performing mathematical processing to the spectrum; and a discrimination unit 36 for discriminating the quality of plasma preparation on the basis of the arithmetic result of the arithmetic processing unit 30. The arithmetic processing unit 30 includes a spectrum measuring part 32 for measuring the spectrum of the light that has been received by the light receiving unit 28, and a peak intensity calculation part 34 for calculating a peak intensity in a prescribed visible light wavelength region using second-order differential of the spectrum. The discrimination unit 36 includes a function that determines whether or not a corresponding value of the calculated peak intensity exceeds a prescribed reference value and discriminates the quality of the plasma preparation on the basis of the determination result. |
