PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-heat recovery apparatus capable of continuing power generation and waste-heat recovery, and enabling condition monitoring and remote control of a power generating unit even if power supply from an electric power system stops.SOLUTION: The waste-heat recovery apparatus separately comprises a fuel cell unit A comprising a fuel cell body 1, and a waste-heat recovery unit B for recovering waste heat from the fuel cell body 1. A power conditioner 3 in the fuel cell unit A comprises a DC-DC converter for converting power generated by the fuel cell body 1, the DC-DC converter supplies the waste-heat recovery unit B with the DC power, and each part of the waste-heat recovery unit B operates on the DC power supplied by the DC-DC converter. |
