PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating measurement device of a band-shaped material which accurately measures a floating amount of a band-shaped material to a conveying roller.SOLUTION: The floating measurement device 100 of an electrode sheet S measures a floating amount D of an electrode sheet S conveyed by a conveying roller 20 to the conveying roller 20. The floating measurement device 100 has a capacitance measurement device 155 for measuring capacitance C between the conductive electrode sheet S and the conveying roller 20 with conductivity and a controller 150 for calculating the floating amount of the electrode sheet S to the conveying roller 20 based on the capacitance C between the electrode sheet S and the conveying roller 20 which is measured by the capacitance measurement device 155. |
