摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrically conductive fine particles low in amount of connected particles of two or more particles and allowing highly reliable conductive connection, and a method for manufacturing electrically conductive fine particles capable of obtaining electrically conductive fine particles low in amount of connected particles. <P>SOLUTION: The electrically conductive fine particle has a base fine particle, a base metal layer formed on the surface of the base fine particle, and a conductive layer formed on the surface of the base metal layer. When the particle diameter distribution is measured by using a sheath flow electric resistance type particle distribution detection unit, the ratio of electrically conductive fine particles having diameters equal to or larger than 1.26 times the average diameter is 8% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
