<p>This invention presents a method and a system for facilitating data entry for an information system comprising a repository. According to the method, firstly, a first input of some first category parameters input by the user is received by means of a first user interface. Secondly, a first ranked list of a plurality of second category parameters is generated on the basis of the first input and the repository, and the first ranked list is displayed to the user by means of a second interface. Then a second input including some second category parameters selected by the user is received by means of the second user interface. Lastly, a second ranked list of a plurality of first category parameters is generated on the basis of the second input and the repository, and the second ranked list is displayed to the user by means of the first interface. In this way, the user can correctly determine the input data for the information system so as to get a more accurate output. And the user can get more information of various aspect observations (?) at any given penultimate stage as well as the final stage.</p> |
