摘要 This method for producing a packaging material for batteries is provided with: a step for preparing the packaging material for batteries which comprises a stacked body obtained by sequentially stacking at least a base-material layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer including a polyolefin resin; and a step in which the peak intensity (P) at 1650 cm-1 due to C=O stretching vibration in the amide groups of an amide-based lubricant, and the peak intensity (Q) at 1460 cm-1 due to polyolefin resin group-CH2- bending vibration are measured from an absorption spectrum obtained by dispersing light reflected when the surface of the sealant layer is irradiated with infrared light, the intensity ratio (X=P/Q) of the peak intensity (P) to the peak intensity (Q) is calculated, and it is verified that the intensity ratio is in the range of 0.05-0.80.
