Provided is a composition comprising fermented tea extract as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present specification can be a composition for treating, alleviating or preventing obesity, inflammation or diabetes, and, more specifically, the composition can be a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition. The composition according to the present specification has an effect in suppressing adipocyte differentiation or suppressing triglyceride accumulation and can therefore advantageously be used in fields relating to obesity treatment. Also, the composition according to the present specification can exhibit an effect in adjusting the ratios of enteric bacilli and consequently exhibit an effect in improving physical constitution.
