[Problem] To provide a support structure that is effective at improving the efficiency of mounting a battery module on a vehicle, that is lightweight, and that offers superior ease of assembly. [Solution] Provided is a support structure for mounting a battery module or other heavy load on a vehicle, such structure being characterized by the following: having a base frame that is attached to a vehicle, and at least one intermediate frame that is stacked atop the base frame; on one or both of the base frame and intermediate frame, a pair of left-right side walls is provided, thereby forming a stacking section for stacking onto the side wall section; a first-level mounting space is formed between the base frame and the intermediate frame; and a mounting space for a second level and any further levels is formed atop the intermediate frame. |
