The invention relates to a sheet-like structure (1) comprising a main part (2) that is provided with at least one active substance and consists of a textile material, said main part (2) having fibres (3) and a moisture-regulating agent (4), and the at least one active substance being embedded in a polymer matrix (5). The invention solves the problem of providing a sheet-like structure which can absorb moisture, particularly water, and release active skincare substances.
