There is disclosed a template for mounting a ring that includes a large diameter portion, a smaller diameter portion, and a connecting portion. The large diameter portion has a first central axis. The smaller diameter portion includes a second central axis which is eccentric with respect to the first central axis, and has a diameter that is smaller than that of the portion of large diameter. The connecting portion is disposed between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion and includes a surface that is inclined from the portion of smaller diameter towards the portion of large diameter. |
