The present invention relates to a device for treating the surface of a strip. The present invention comprises: an upper and lower roll of a front end guiding a strip to access the inside of a tank; an upper and lower supply nozzle of a strip injecting a solution for treating the surface of the strip; an upper and lower roll for a rear end guiding the surface-treated strip to the outside of the tank; and a foreign substance removal device provided to closely be attached to the surface of the upper roll of the rear end for removing foreign substances of the upper roll of the rear end.
