<p>The present invention relates to a device to monitor a marine wind power generation plant using camera image analysis. The device includes an image detecting part (100) photographing a subject (T), coming from the outside of a wind power generation plant to the plant, analyzing the photographed image, sensing and determining an approach of the subject (T), and transmitting the result to a control part (200); the control part (200) confirming whether the subject (T) has a proper title (ID information) for entering the power generation plant, and then wirelessly transmitting an unauthorized approach of the subject (T) to a management computer (400) if the subject does not have the proper title (ID information); a sound warning part (300) receiving a signal from the control part (200) or management computer (400), and then automatically transmitting a warning sound for preventing an approach to the subject (T); and the management computer (400) receiving and storing the approach of the subject (T), not having the proper title (ID information) for entering the plant, from the control part (200).</p> |
