Disclosed is an acidic oil-in-water type emulsion food having improved freeze resistance. The acidic oil-in-water type emulsion food has an aqueous phase that contains starch powder particles and oil droplets both dispersed in the aqueous phase in an undissolved state. The starch powder particles have an average particle diameter of 3 to 60 µm, the oil droplets have an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 µm, and the ratio of the average particle diameter of the oil droplets to the average particle diameter of the starch powder particles is (5-600)/100. |
