<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring composition for a color filter having excellent coloring power and dispersibility and also allowing high brightness and high contrast ratio when used for a color filter; and a color filter using it. <P>SOLUTION: The problems are solved by a coloring composition for a color filter containing a colorant, a binder resin and an organic solvent, which is characterized in that the colorant contains at least one kind pigment selected from the quinophthalone compounds represented by the general formula (1A), the general formula (1B) and the general formula (1C) and an aluminum phthalocyanine pigment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
