<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique avoiding reduced versatility while suppressing interference in a communication channel, in an indoor/outdoor shared radio network system. <P>SOLUTION: Indoor/outdoor shared radio equipment 2 for performing radio communication between an indoor terminal device and an outdoor terminal device includes: a first communication module 20 for radio communication with the outdoor terminal device according to a first communication system; and a second communication module 21 for radio communication with the indoor terminal device. The second communication module 21 includes: a first communication unit 210 performing radio communication with the indoor terminal device according to the first communication system; a second communication unit 211 for performing radio communication with the indoor terminal device according to a second communication system different from the first communication system; and a switchover unit 212 for switching between the first communication unit 210 and the second communication unit 211. As the first communication system, a system applied to a multiplicity of devices as compared with the second communication system is adopted.
