The method comprises: obtaining a first-type measurement result by performing a first-type measurement; obtaining a second-type measurement result by performing a second-type measurement; determining whether the first-type measurement result satisfies a reporting condition; and transmitting a measurement report message, which includes the first-type measurement result, to a network when the first-type measurement result satisfies the reporting condition. A first measurement report message further comprises a second-type measurement result. |
