Disclosed is a chip antenna (1) comprising: an antenna pattern (3) that is made by folding/bending an electroconductive plate into a three-dimensional shape, and that includes an antenna part (31) and a terminal part (32) that is electrically connected to a circuit substrate (10); and a base body (2) that is injection-molded by a resin, and that includes the antenna pattern (3) as an insert component. The base body (2) includes: a rectangular plate-form top wall (21) that holds the antenna part (31) on the surface thereof; and a rectangular plate-form vertical wall (22) that is provided upright along the long-side direction of the top wall (21), wherein one end (the upper end) of the vertical wall in the short-side direction is connected to the top wall (21), and the other end (the lower end) thereof in the short-side direction holds the terminal part (32). |
