<p>The present invention provides an outgoing call skill allocation method, an adjustment method, an apparatus, and a call center system. The outgoing call skill allocation method is used for allocating a skill to an outgoing call item of the call center system. The skill allocation method comprises: obtaining usable skills in a call center system from a system skill pool of the call center system; and selecting a currently unallocated skill from the usable skills and allocating it to an outgoing call item.</p> |
