The stretchable film is cut as it comes off the large-width bobbin (1) in order to produce webs (L) of widths and in quantities corresponding to the desired bobbins; the webs (L) are stretched, causing a distancing between the cutting lines following the reduction in the width of said webs (L) as a result of the stretching; the stretching tension of each of the webs (L) is released; and the webs (L), once relaxed, are rolled onto mandrels (2) in order to create small-width bobbins (11). |
