PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink that when an inkjet ink is produced using edible pigment and other materials, prevents contamination of heavy metals, such as zirconium and the like, having no regulation value, so that severe self-imposed regulation is applied to their contamination amounts, whereby long-term dispersion and discharge from an inkjet device are stabilized.SOLUTION: In an inkjet ink containing at least water, a water-soluble organic solvent, a polymer dispersant, and a pigment, when the inkjet ink is produced, the dispersion treatment of the pigment is performed by a disperser using glass beads as dispersion media, and the concentration of zirconium metal ions contained in the inkjet ink is 50 ppm or less. |
