PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent inhibiting cardiac muscle remodeling after the myocardial infarction, after being indwelled in a lumen in a living body, by protecting the cardiac muscle in an early stage and preventing the restenosis due to neointimal proliferation.SOLUTION: The drug eluting stent includes: a base material 2: a first coating layer 3 formed on the inner surface of the base material and including a first biodegradable polymer and a first drug; and a second coating layer 4 formed on the outer surface of the base material and including a second biodegradable polymer and a second drug. The elusion speed of the first drug is faster than the elusion speed of the second drug. |
