PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for generating model information excluding a function which cannot be executed by a device driver, from added model information, an information processing apparatus, and a printing system.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus with a device driver having one or more pieces of model information including information on a function to be requested to a device, functions as: corresponding information generating means which generates corresponding function information indicating information on a function to be requested by the device driver, on the basis of the one or more pieces of model information in the device driver; and model information generating means which generates second additional information including information on the function to be requested by the device driver to the device of a model to be added, on the basis of a comparison between the corresponding function information generated by the corresponding function information and first additional model information, which is additional model information for adding a model to which the device driver can request a function, the first additional model information including information on a function to be executed by the device of the model to be added. |
