PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion having good dispersibility in an aqueous medium and excellent dryability in which a coating film after ultraviolet curing has high hardness and scratch resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion which comprises: a polyurethane resin obtained by reaction of a polycarbonate polyol (a), an acid group-containing polyol (b), optionally a polyol other than (a) and (b) and a polyisocyanate (d) and further optional reaction of a chain extender; and a radically polymerizable compound (C). The radically polymerizable compound (C) includes a bifunctional (meth)acrylate compound (C1) and a tri- or higher functional (meth)acrylate compound (C2) and the ratio between the bifunctional (meth)acrylate compound (C1) and the tri- or higher functional (meth)acrylate compound (C2)is 5:95 to 95:5 in terms of weight ratio.
