<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin belt improved in mechanical, electrical, and flame-retardant characteristics.SOLUTION: A conductive resin belt includes resin 1 selected from a first group, resin 2 selected from a second group, carbon 3 as a first conductive agent, and a second conductive agent 4 selected from third and fourth groups. The resin 1 selected from the first group forms a continuous phase, while the resin 2 selected from the second group forms a dispersion phase. The carbon 3 exists mainly in the dispersion phase or in a surrounding circular arc. The second conductive agent 4 exists in both phases. The belt has a thickness of 50-150μm. The first group includes polyetherimide-siloxane block copolymer, polyphenylene sulfide, polyimide. The second group includes polyetherimide, polyether sulfone, polyester, aliphatic polyamide, polyetherimide-siloxane block copolymer, and polyamide imide. The third group includes Al-doped ZnO particle, Ga-doped ZnO particle, Sb-doped SnOparticle, In-doped SnOparticle, and P-doped SnOparticle. The fourth group is a metal oxide particle covering the particle selected from the third group.</p> |
