<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which can surely come into contact with a probe and the like, and in which a digital interface terminal does not impede the mounting of the piezoelectric device.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 100 is mounted on a substrate and comprises: a piezoelectric vibrator 110; an integrated circuit 120; a base 140 including an upper surface 140a on which the piezoelectric vibrator and the integrated circuit are mounted, a lower surface 140b including a standoff 143 protruding in a direction on the opposite side to the upper surface, and a plurality of through holes 141 connecting the upper surface and the lower surface; a lead terminal 131 including a first upper end 131a connected to the integrated circuit via the through hole and a first lower end 131b which supplies power to the integrated circuit or outputs a piezoelectric vibrator signal; and a digital interface terminal including a second upper end connected to the integrated circuit via the through hole and a second lower end which controls the integrated circuit to optimize a frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator. The distance between the first lower end and the lower surface is longer than the height H1 of the standoff, and the distance between the second lower end and the lower surface is shorter than the height of the standoff.</p> |
