<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor for an injection molding machine visually grasping information on molding stability such as specification of variation occurring timing and section of a variable in one molding cycle, and a variation occurring molding cycle, and a pattern in variation or the like by graphing the variable by converting it into display formats such as color, concentration, contour and the like, thereby efficiently setting pass/fail determination conditions. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A display format partitioning the magnitude of the variable Q into predetermined sections, setting color information in correspondence with the respective sections in advance and displaying the variable Q in correspondence with the color information, (b) a display format partitioning the magnitude of the variable Q into predetermined sections, setting concentration information to be displayed in correspondence with the respective sections in advance and displaying the variable Q in correspondence with the concentration information to be displayed, (c) a display format setting in advance the magnitude of the variable Q for drawing a contour and displaying the variable Q in correspondence with the contour are set in a controller 100 of the injection molding machine M. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
