<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill of window shutter which has enhanced fireproof performance. <P>SOLUTION: A sill 6 of window shutter comprises a rising side 64 which is located on the outdoor side of a lower part of a back plate 51 at the bottom edge of a shutter curtain 5 in a state that the window opening is totally closed, and a base side 610 which is located on the lower side of the lower part of the back plate 51. The sill 6 is provided with a reinforcement plate 13 comprising a rising side 131 and a base side 130 and being formed of a material having a melting point higher than that of the material to form the sill 6 in such a manner that the respective rising sides extend along each other and the respective base sides extend along each other. In a state that the window opening is totally closed, the rising side 131 of the reinforcement plate 13 is located opposite to the outdoor side of the lower part of the back plate 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
