<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide component made of polyoxymethylene with excellent operability and durability while securing practically sufficient productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The slide component made of polyoxymethylene is a slide component including a member I formed using an oxymethylene resin composition and a counterpart material II contacting the member I, the oxymethylene resin composition includes polyoxymethylene A by 90 mass% or more and fatty acid ester B by 0.5-2.5 mass%, and the counterpart material II is formed using a resin other than polyoxymethylene resin and has the hardness of 50-110 in terms of Rockwell hardness M scale.
