Provided are a locating method and device. The locating method comprises: sending, by a service base station, a terminal side measurement request based on a locating node reference signal to a target terminal according to configuration information about the locating node reference signal; carrying out, by the service base station, a base station side measurement based on the locating node reference signal; obtaining base station side measurement information based on the locating node reference signal; and then sending the terminal side measurement information based on the locating node reference signal and the base station side measurement information based on the locating node reference signal to a locating server, so the locating server calculates the location information about the target terminal. The locating method and device provided in the embodiment can realize the accurate positioning of a terminal which is located in the scenario of a plurality of locating nodes sharing the same cell identification. |
