Provided are a method, a device, and equipment for outer loop power control. The method for outer loop power control comprises: determining, on the basis of target values of performance indicators of a user equipment (UE) for control channels of cells, the target value of at least one performance mapping indicator of the UE, where the performance mapping indicator comprises: a bit error rate of a pilot signal, a bit error rate of a reference signal, and a false detection probability of a control signal reference measurement; acquiring a measured value of the at least one performance mapping indicator of the UE; determining a signal-to-noise ratio target value of the UE on the basis of the target value of the at least one performance mapping indicator of the UE and of the corresponding measured value of the performance mapping indicator; performing outer loop power control on the UE on the basis of the signal-to-noise target value of the UE, thus allowing the measured value of the at least one performance mapping indicator after the outer loop power control to meet the corresponding target value of the performance mapping indictor. This implements control of a signal-to-noise ratio target value on the basis of CCH quality and increases the accuracy in controlling the signal-to-noise ratio target value. |
