摘要 Disclosed are a barrier anti-static TPU composite film and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: first, aminating multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and organically modifying montmorillonite (MMT); and then, compounding the aminated MWNTs, the organically modified MMT (OMMT) and TPU on a film coating machine into a film. According to the composite material film prepared by using the method of the present invention, most of the OMMT can be dispersed in the TPU matrix in parallel, and the aminated MWNTs are wound on the OMMT to form a nanoscale interlocking structure. Therefore, the film has good antistatic performance, excellent barrier performance and further improved mechanical performance. In addition, the film is an environmentally friendly composite material; either the material itself or the final waste disposal has no pollution to environment. The preparation method of the present invention is scientific and reasonable, has a simple process and strong operability, and can be used for large-scale industrial production.
