Disclosed is a method for preparing hygienic red pepper powder. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: mixing red peppers having at least one different feature among red pepper cultivars, hot taste components, and colors at a predetermined ratio; removing the stalk ends of the mixed red peppers; cutting the red peppers with stalk ends removed; sorting out pericarps and seeds from the cut red peppers to independently wash and dehydrate the sorted pericarps and the sorted seeds; independently grinding the dehydrated pericarps and the dehydrated seeds; mixing the ground pericarps and the ground seeds; treating the mixed red pepper powder with an ultrasound wave (20 to 100 KHz) for 5 to 100 minutes to make first sterilization; irradiating the firstly sterilized red pepper powder with a microwave (2.54 GHz) to make drying and second sterilization; using an air fryer which fast circulates heated air having a high temperature of no less than 200°C to dry and thirdly sterilize the dried and secondly sterilized red pepper powder; and packaging the dried and thirdly sterilized red pepper powder to make consumer products. |
