PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping support device and program that works as a part of a system that evaluates a commodity to be purchased.SOLUTION: A shopping support device comprises: input reception means for receiving an input of commodity information showing a commodity; display means for displaying on a display part the commodity information received by the input reception means; evaluation input reception means for receiving an input of an evaluation of the commodity displayed by the display means; and transmission means for transmitting the commodity information received by the input reception means to an external device, together with the evaluation received by the evaluation input reception means.
