PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful for treatment of proliferative diseases.SOLUTION: There is provided an asymmetric pyrolobenzodiazepine-dimer (PBD-dimer) represented by the formula (1). In the formula (1), Ris the formula (II), where A is a Caryl group, X is OH, SH, COH, COH, N=C=O, NHRor (OCH)OCH(m is 1 to 3), Ris H or Calkyl, (i) Qis a single bond, Qis a single bond or -Z-(CH)- (Z is selected from a single bond, O, S and NH and n is 1 to 3) or (ii) Qis -CH=CH- and Qis a single bond), Ris a Caryl group substituted/unsubstituted by a substituent such as halo, nitro, cyano, ether, Calkyl and Cheterocyclyl. |
