PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of deterring deterioration in the periphery even when an organic insulator film is used for an insulator film for the light-emitting device, and to provide a light-emitting device allowing improvement of long-term reliability.SOLUTION: A multilayer structure, which includes an inorganic film, an organic film, and an inorganic film, is configured to not continuously disposed from under a sealing member to under a cathode. Further, penetration of water is suppressed by prescribing the form of the inorganic film that is formed on the organic film even if the multilayer structure, which has an inorganic film, an organic film, and an inorganic film, is continuously disposed to under the cathode. |
