PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete the measurement of glycated hemoglobin in a short time.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of measuring glycated hemoglobin, in which 1) a step of determining hemoglobin in a test liquid, 2) a step of previously eliminating endogenous glycated amino acids and glycated peptides by allowing a fructosyl amino acid oxidase to act on under specific conditions, and 3) a step of determining glycated hemoglobin by allowing a protease to act on under specific conditions are performed in the same reaction vessel. |
