PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preparing a uniform frozen beverage including at least two kinds of frozen components, and automatically blending many solid products with the beverage on an as needed basis.SOLUTION: A frozen beverage preparing unit includes a first replaceable frozen beverage module, a second replaceable frozen beverage module, a plumbing module, and a blending module. The frozen beverage preparing unit includes a programmable blending manifold for preparing a frozen beverage 302 in accordance with a blending profile. A rotating turn table 120 turns a beverage container 118 in accordance with a blending profile. The blending profile includes instructions for layering the contents 302 to 312 of different frozen beverage modules placed in a beverage container. The contents 302 to 312 of different food additive modules may be added to the beverage container on the basis of a selected blending profile. |
