PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door handle device for a vehicle which reduces assembling workload to lead out a harness in a handle into the vehicle and has a base member with an opening area smaller than a conventional one to increase the strength.SOLUTION: A door handle device for a vehicle comprises a handle member 2 that is assembled into a vehicle door so as to perform an opening operation that uses a fulcrum arm (fulcrum part) 22 at the end of the first side as a fulcrum in a direction to pull up the opposite second side and a closing operation in the opposite direction and a harness 7 that is wired to pass through the handle member 2. The fulcrum arm 22 is arranged so that it slides into the door while the harness 7 is engaged in a groove 22v on the surface of the fulcrum arm 22 and extends into the door in a direction where the fulcrum arm 22 extends. |
