<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a spectral photometer to be used to measure the curing degree of ultraviolet ray-curable ink, and to be used also to measure the curing degree and measure color by being mounted on a printing apparatus.SOLUTION: A curing degree measuring device is composed of a spectral photometer and a computer connected with the spectral photometer via an interface. The computer is used to function as: input data reception means for receiving detection data of the spectral photometer; reference value storage means for storing a reference value used as a reference for the determination of a curing degree of ultraviolet-curable ink; and determination means for analysing reflection light detected by the spectral photometer, and estimating the curing degree of ink by comparing the reflection amount and/or the intensity of wavelength light of whole reflection light. A light source of the spectral photometer is radiated on a printing part printed on a printing medium with the ultraviolet-curable ink, and the detected data of the spectral photometer is input in the computer to measure the curing degree of the ink of the printing part in a non-contact manner.</p> |
