<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization system capable of improving the quality of an obtained product by avoiding re-attachment of odor contained in pyrolysis gas produced inside a carbonization furnace to the carbonized product. <P>SOLUTION: The carbonization system 10 includes: the carbonization furnace 14 that heats organic wastes inside a rotary cylinder 18, thereby pyrolytically decomposing and carbonizing the organic wastes; and a feeder 12 that is connected to an inlet side of the rotary cylinder 18 and feeds the organic wastes into the rotary cylinder 18. The feeder 12 has: a feeder pipe 50 that has, at one end, a charging port 48a opening at the inlet side of the rotary cylinder 18 and delivers and feeds the organic wastes into the rotary cylinder 18 from the charging port 48a; and an exhaust gas pipe 54 that has, at one end, a suction port 52a opening aligned with the charging port 48a at the inlet side of the rotary cylinder 18 and sucks the pyrolysis gas which results from pyrolysis of the organic wastes inside the rotary cylinder 18 from the suction port 52a to discharge the same to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
