PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of acquiring a piece of user operation inhibition information prescribed in a BDMV data and storing the information in an MP4 file.SOLUTION: In a conversion processing of a BDMV format data into an MP4 format data, the information processor acquires a piece of user operation inhibition information for a reproduction data from a play list file preset in the BDMV data and stores the user operation inhibition information in a user operation inhibition information storage box preset in the MP4 file. The storage position in the user operation inhibition information storage box is changed according to the application range of the user operation inhibition information so as to store the user operation inhibition information as a unit of entire data stored in the MP4 file, a fragment unit or a sample group.
