<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a flow channel plate is polished, shaving of a partition wall part becomes large such that a level difference is caused according to a thickness difference between the flow channel plate and circumferential parts thereof which results in joint failure with respect to a nozzle plate or a wall surface member.SOLUTION: On a flow channel plate 2, there is arranged a row of individual flow channels 502 containing a plurality of individual liquid chambers 6 in a nozzle array direction, and outside both end parts of the row of individual flow channels 502, there are formed a plurality of dummy individual flow channels 503 having the same shape as the individual flow channels 502. On the flow channel plate 2, in a dummy individual flow channel region 512, an array pitch of the dummy individual flow channels 503 becomes wider with increased distance from an individual flow channel region 511, and a width in the nozzle array direction of a partition wall 505 between the dummy individual flow channels 503 also becomes wider with increased distance from the individual flow channel region 511.</p> |
