<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component which mainly allows a building unit to be easily positioned. <P>SOLUTION: A unit guide 8 is provided on the upper part of a footing 5, so as to position a building unit 2 to be placed thereon. The unit guide 8 comprises a baseplate 9 to be buried in the footing 5 and a unit positioning pin 12 which projects upward from the baseplate 9 to be inserted into a positioning hole 11 disposed in the undersurface of the building unit 2, allowing the building unit 2 to be positioned in horizontal direction. The unit guide 8 constitutes a component separate from an anchor bolt 6 which is buried in the footing 5, such that the unit positioning pin 12 projects at a position remote from the anchor bolt 6 on the upper surface of the footing 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
