<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: processing command may not be executed at a correct time point due to congestion of communication in an analysis system including a commanding device for issuing a command, and an execution device for receiving the command and executing the processing. <P>SOLUTION: In an analysis system 1, since a PC 20 gives execution time points of fragmentation start/termination processing to a controller 18 with a relative time points, the controller 18 can correctly set the execution time points of fragmentation start/termination processing of a fragmentation unit 16, even when time of the PC 20 and the controller 18 are not synchronized. By arranging arrival time of a sample component set by a pipeline 17 to be sufficiently later than delay time due to signal transmission delay, the signal delay time can be absorbed so that the devices can be cooperated at correct timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
