<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in which in the case that a modulation method and transmission data are multiplexed onto one wireless frame and transmitted, a wireless communication device described in a patent literature 1 sometimes transmits a code prescribing the modulation method as a code in which the same code comparatively continues, as a result, a receiver that received the signal of the same code continuation as much as a tolerance or more cannot perform detection with accuracy, which causes deterioration in quality of a reception signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a wireless communication device that adopts adaptive modulation and performs communication via a wireless channel, a transmitter 2100 has code conversion means converting a code prescribing a modulation method in a signal 2300 to be transmitted into such a code whose maximum identical code continuous length is equal to or less than an identical code continuous length allowed by a transmission system to which the transmitter is applied. A receiver 2200 has code inverse conversion means converting a signal existing at a predetermined position in a wireless frame in a signal 2400 to which demodulation processing is performed, according to a predetermined rule prior to descramble processing of transmission data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
