<p>The present invention provides a framework member by which the amount of impact absorption can be sufficiently ensured. The framework member is a framework member that is extended in a front and rear direction of a vehicle in a front portion of the vehicle. A plurality of deformation-inducing portions, in which deformations are induced by a load exerted from a front of the vehicle, are formed at points in the framework member along the front and rear direction of the vehicle.
