<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insulating ink for forming an insulating layer by a printing method, e.g. inkjet printing method, offset-printing method. <P>SOLUTION: The insulating ink includes a resin with molecular weight of≥200 having one or more structures expressed by formula (1) in a molecule as an ingredient.
