1. A communication apparatus that is installed in a mobile unit, comprising:
a reception unit that receives from, a transmission origin device, packets that contain forwarding information that contains the traveling direction of said transmission origin device that is indicated as a reference direction and the transmission direction of the packets that is set with said reference direction as a reference; an acquisition unit that acquires traveling direction information that indicates the traveling direction of said mobile unit; and a transmission unit that changes said reference direction that is contained in said forwarding information from the traveling direction of said transmission origin device to the traveling direction of said mobile unit and that transmits packets that contains forwarding information that follows said change in the transmission direction of said packets that is contained in the forwarding information that follows said change.
