Provided are a method and a device for search and recommendations, the method comprising: reception of a search term; acquisition of a plurality of search results related to the search term, and further acquisition of at least one first recommended result related to the search term; acquisition of a first relationship information relating the search term to the at least one first recommended result, and provision of a search page; said search page comprises a first display part and a second display part, a plurality of search results being displayed in the first display part, and at least one first recommended result and the corresponding first relationship information being displayed in the second display part. The present search and recommendation method is able swiftly and clearly to provide the relationship between recommended content and a user requirement, the reasons for a recommendation being more defined and thus more likely to excite user interest in a recommended result, thus enhancing user attention and increasing click rates.
